Professor Benson Lim is an academic professor of construction management at one of the Australian leading universities and a professor at Hanyang University’s ERICA campus. He holds a PhD from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science in Building and Construction Management from UNSW.
As a construction management expert, he promotes innovation and high-quality talent development through fact-based, data-driven, and industry-aligned courses and research.

Executive Director & Co-founder
Executive Director and Co-founder of Forte Sydney Property Group, has international experience across real estate, investment, and construction development, and has a long history of serving high-net-worth clients.
She incorporates rigorous governance principles and a results-oriented approach into education and institutional management, striving to transform industry standards and compliance requirements into practical teaching and talent development systems. She firmly believes that “there are no shortcuts to value.”

For overseas enrolments, the College will obtain CRICOS registration and comply with the ESOS framework and Tuition Protection Service (TPS)
* Our college is currently in the progress of applying for registration with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), as well as seeking approval for CRICOS registration to deliver training to international students. Any reference to nationally recognised training or CRICOS-approved delivery will only apply once the relevant approvals have been formally granted by the Australian Government.
